Junior Adoption Change Management Consultant

KiZAN Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Adoption and Change Management Consultant to join our team. This role will assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of organizational changes, with a focus on supporting the adoption and utilization of new technologies. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of adoption and change management principles, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills.

As an Adoption and Change Management (ACM) Consultant, you will participate in the successful rollout and enablement of Microsoft cloud services in conjunction with our technical delivery teams. As an integral part of a delivery team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the adoption strategies for our customers as they transform their modern collaboration capabilities and onboard their business users. Responsibilities: Assist with Change Management Planning: Support in developing comprehensive change management plans for large-scale projects, including Microsoft 365 workloads. Training Program Development: Assist in designing and delivering training programs to support the implementation of organizational changes, focusing on end-user adoption and effective use of new systems and processes. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure buy-in throughout the change management process. Metrics and Evaluation: Participate in establishing metrics to measure the success of adoption and change initiatives, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and contribute to recommendations to enhance future change management efforts. Research and Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to adoption and change management, with a focus on Microsoft 365 workloads. Nice-to-Have Credentials: ProSci certification in Change Management or a related field Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) Microsoft Certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or other relevant certifications that demonstrate deep understanding of M365 and Azure workloads. Minimum Requirements: Education: High School Diploma Adoption and Change Management: Basic knowledge of adoption and change management principles, with a willingness to learn and develop skills. Training Program Development: Ability to assist in designing and delivering training programs, leveraging adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Microsoft Technologies: Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 workloads (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
